Located at 89 York Street Sydney, The Barber Shop houses an impressive collection of over 700 gins from all corners of the globe. Our bar has been awarded with numerous local and global awards since opening in 2013.
The Barber Shop prides itself on being a friendly, local space hidden behind the silver door of our Barber Shop on York Street.
Our cocktail list is extensive, featuring classics, our signature range and the opportunity to sample gin “flights” which feature a range of 4 different gins in smaller serves, paired with tonic water and ice to allow our customers to sample a range of gin from all over the world. This is all balanced with a substantial food offering and a well thought out selection of beers, gin inspired food menu and other spirits from all over the world.

Sunday – Monday | Closed
Tuesday & Wednesday 4pm-12am
Thursday 4pm-1am
Friday & Saturday 4pm-2am
